Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – PACU
Location: Hackensack, NJ 07601
Duration: 06/09/2025 – 08/30/2025
Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
Schedule: 3 Days Per Week, 36 Hours Per Week
Department: HTP Preop and Recovery
Pay Range: $65-$70/hr.

Job Summary:

• Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care.

• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.

• Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care through assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care.

• Document care per standards, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.

• Advocate for evidence-based practices and deliver patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing models.

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education:

• ASN – Required

• BSN – Preferred

Licensure & Certifications (Required):

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license

• BLS (AHA)

• ACLS (AHA)

• PALS

• Telemetry

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 recent years of critical care and PACU experience – Required

• Strong background in Telemetry – Required

• Must be Telemetry certified – Required

• Experience in Pre-Op/PACU – Required

• Experience with EPIC – Required

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years PACU experience – Preferred
