RN - Extended Recovery
Shift - Days
Special Note - Days - Every other or every 3rd weekend based on needs Our Extended Recovery (post-surgical) unit is expanding its census. We are looking for strong nurses who can be successful managing a mix of patient populations, post-op, observation, hospital inpatient and possibly ED boarders. Experience with telemetry, NIH Stroke Scale, and post-op surgical procedures is recommended. Also, the ability to adapt to change and understand the importance of our organization in providing excellent patient care regardless of location you are caring for our patients.

The Registered Nurse is a practitioner responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.

Demonstrates competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population.

Required Skills & Experience

Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment.

Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing in order to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse.
