This role involves overseeing medical assistants, supporting clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA, OSHA), and maintaining high-quality patient care. The Nurse Manager will also be responsible for competency training, triage nurse supervision, and policy implementation.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead and supervise our clinical floor staff. The Nurse Manager will also be responsible for competency training, triage nurse supervision, and policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support clinical staff, including medical assistants and triage nurses.
- Ensure compliance with point-of-care testing, HIPAA, OSHA, and state laws.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for the medical office.
- Oversee administrative functions, including hiring and training staff members.
- Conduct competency training and evaluations for clinical staff.
- Coordinate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Liaise with patients to ensure a high standard of care and address any concerns.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to clinical staff to maintain excellence in care delivery.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a nursing supervisor or similar leadership role.
- Strong background in clinical management and policy development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and point-of-care testing standards.
- Ability to oversee staff training and performance evaluations.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or LPN license.
