Job Title: RN Oncology
Location: Brooklyn, NY (Chemotherapy Suite)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)
Contract Type: 13 weeks (possible extension)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week, 7.5 hours/day, 5 days/week
Pay Rate: $62/hour negotiable (**Per-diem rates are also applicable for qualified candidates)
Role Overview:
Clinical Nurse provides safe and high-quality nursing care for patients in the oncology unit, focusing on patient care, safety, quality, and professional development. The role involves direct patient interaction, interdisciplinary collaboration, and contributing to improving patient outcomes within the oncology setting.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
- New York State (NYS) Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a medical/oncology setting.
- Strong experience in EPIC (electronic health record system).
- Oncology knowledge (chemotherapy, immunotherapy certification from ONS required before first day).
- 1 year of travel nurse experience
- Experience with staffing, inventory management, and process improvement.
- Strong communication and patient teaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience or active matriculation in a BSN program.
