Ambulatory - Critical Need

• Position: Ambulatory Nurse (RN) Critical Need
• Location: Kennesaw, GA 30144
• Shift: 7:00 PM - 07:30 AM
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Max Local Pay: $55/hr
• Max Travel Pay: $60/hr - $2160/ week

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in outpatient/ambulatory settings, including clinics, same-day surgery, or specialty care.
• Triage patients based on acuity and clinical presentation.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and IV therapies per protocol.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Document accurately using EMR systems (Epic/Cerner/etc.).
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
• Assist in minor procedures and post-op recovery when required.
• Flexibility to float between clinics or departments depending on critical staffing needs.

Active RN License
BLS Certification (Required)
ACLS Certification
1-2+ years of ambulatory or outpatient experience preferred
