Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Mother/Baby
Location: Morristown, NJ – 07960
Initial Duration – 3 months (High possibilities of Extension)
Openings for RN- ICU, MICU, ICU- STEPDOWN and other RN roles are also available with both Day/ Night shifts.
Shift: 7 AM – 7 AM (3 x 12-hour shift)
Pay Range:
Local Pay: $63 - $65/hr. on w2

Note:
- You can refer your friends or colleagues for this role or any other RN role, we do offer a referral bonus of $750.
- Stipend is also provided to the candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility
- Other locations available in NJ.
- Local/Travel Contracts available in multiple departments in all states.
Job Summary:
- Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
- Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
- Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job.
Education:
- BSN – Preferred
Skills:
- Required Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills
- A minimum of one year of acute care Mother Baby nursing experience in a hospital setting
- Must be able to provide care for mother and baby as a couplet
Required Certifications & Licensure:
- BLS - AHA
- ACLS- AHA
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multistate compact license
