Pay Breakup (With stipend) : $2,772
W2 weekly Pay Rate: $1,247.40
Weekly stipend: $1,524.6
 
Job Description:

• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting with a range of medical conditions, prioritizing care based on urgency.
• Emergency Care: Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed; assist with life-saving procedures, including CPR and advanced cardiac life support.
• Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor patients' vital signs and status, adjusting care as necessary and promptly reporting changes to the healthcare team.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and responses in electronic health records.
• Patient Education: Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.

 
Requirements:

• At least 1 years of ED experience is required.
• Active RN license.
• ACLS and BLS is required.
