Interventional Radiology Technologist – Travel
Location: Dallas, TX
Assignment Length: 13 weeks

7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Rotating day off

On-call required (rotating)

Important Note:

50-mile radius waived for this position only

Must be able to report and be ready for a case within 30 minutes of call (including drive, parking, and walking time)
Requirements
-
BLS (AHA only)
-
MRT & ARRT certifications
-
Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology / Cath Lab experience
-
Experience with Body (Trauma) and Neuro (Stroke) cases required
-
Epic experience preferred
-
Level I Trauma Center experience preferred
-
VI experience preferred
Role Summary
Under the supervision of a Radiologist, the Interventional Radiology Technologist performs high-quality IR procedures on ambulatory and hospitalized patients, following established protocols, safety standards, and sterile techniques.
Key Responsibilities

Perform IR procedures accurately and efficiently per protocol

Prepare and position patients; explain procedures and ensure comfort

Maintain sterile technique and adhere to radiation and infection control policies

Document patient history, consent, and imaging records accurately

Maintain equipment functionality and cleanliness

Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as required
