Job Location: Blythe, CA
Job Duration: 3 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: 7:00am - 4:30pm open to flex specific start/end time (4x10 Shift)
Payrate: $60/ hr. on w2

Duties:

• The RN Emergency Department Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the Emergency Department [ED].
• The manager is responsible and accountable for the overall direction of nursing personnel on a 24-hour basis.
• The position requires a registered nurse [RN] with strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and managerial and administrative acumen.
• The RN ED Manager coordinates activities for the ED, collaborating with all members of the health care team to ensure safe and effective quality patient care, and for maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• The RN Emergency Department manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standard of care and safety for the department.
• This position requires a customer-oriented and dynamic leader who can balance clinical expertise with managerial responsibilities to drive excellence in emergency care.
• Must be willing to serve as Emergency Department staff when needed.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted licensure as an RN in the State of California.
• Minimum of three years' leadership experience, minimum of five years' experience as an ED RN/staff.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field, Masters preferred.
• Current ACLS Certification.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Current PALS Certification.
• Current TNCC Certification.
• NIHSS Certification preferred.
• ENPC Certification preferred.
