Duration: 2+ Months (Possibility of Extension)

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hr. on W2
 
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for evaluating patients, assisting physicians with patient care, and delivering comprehensive nursing services. This role involves planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care tailored to individual patient needs while advocating for evidence-based practices to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and assist physicians in delivering patient care.
• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patients’ clinical needs and priorities.
• Identify patient needs through assessment, planning, intervention, and ongoing evaluation.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans based on initial and continuous assessments.
• Initiate assessments guided by patient conditions, physician diagnoses, and health frameworks.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions.
• Manage overall patient care and monitor progress.
• Document care in compliance with standards, considering patient acuity and clinical priorities.
• Advocate for and support adoption of evidence-based nursing practices and innovations.
• Provide patient-centric care consistent with the professional nursing practice model.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

 
Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in telemetry nursing.
