Job Title: Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)
Pay - $65 /hr - $68/hr.
We are also offering travel and per diem packages that is based on eligibility.

Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN with current Epic EMR proficiency. Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Candidates must meet strict certification requirements prior to submission.
Responsibilities:

Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)
Pay - $65 /hr - $68/hr.

- Work Hours: 36 hours per week (12-hour shifts)
- Shift Timing: 7 AM – 7:30 PM
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN with current Epic EMR proficiency. Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Candidates must meet strict certification requirements prior to submission.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in labor and delivery
- Monitor fetal heart tones and contractions
- Assist in deliveries, both vaginal and C-sections
- Administer medications and manage IVs
- Coordinate with obstetricians and neonatal teams
- Document all care provided using Epic EMR
Skills & Requirements:
- Epic EMR Experience – Required
- Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) by NCC – Required (National Certification Corporation)

Intermediate AWHONN Certification – Required (Issued within the past 3 years)
- Note: Proof of class registration may be submitted at the time of application; full certification required for compliance
- Experience: Minimum 2 years recent L&D experience – Required
- Education: ASN or BSN – Required
- Licensure: Active NY RN license – Required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP – Required
