Work Schedule: 2 pm – 10 pm | 40 Weekly Hours | 5 Days | Evening and weekend shift every other weekend

Job Summary:
- Provide compassionate nursing care under the supervision of physicians and RNs, including administering medications, monitoring patient health, and supporting daily living activities.
- Ensure compliance with care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ability to respond to facility medical emergencies
- Assessment skills
- Able to maintain a professional open line of communication with staff and youth.
- Follow policies and procedures
- Administer medications, monitor effectiveness, and side effects
Facility Requirements:
- Must have 1+ years of experience
- Must have BLS certification
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse for state of TN or hold a Multi-state LPN license.
