Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Start Date: 6/23/2025
Duration: 13 Weeks | Temp-to-Perm
Shift: Days | 10-hour shifts | Monday Saturday rotation | 40 hours/week guaranteed
Job Description:
As a Dialysis RN, you ll play a critical role in caring for patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). You will lead and supervise patient care technicians, oversee dialysis treatments, monitor vital signs, handle machine setup, and build strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families. The role combines advanced clinical care with leadership responsibilities in a compassionate outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality chronic dialysis care and monitor ESRD patients during treatments

Supervise and lead dialysis techs; serve as charge nurse when scheduled

Set up and operate dialysis machines; ensure proper documentation and EMR entry

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Foster patient engagement, trust, and education throughout their care journey
Requirements:
1+ year Chronic Dialysis experience Required
Charge RN dialysis experience Required
Willing and capable to serve as Charge RN Required
Fresenius Medical Care (FMC) & EMR experience Required
