Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory / Day Surgery
Location: Duluth, GA
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Days
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Duration: 13 weeks (Possibility of Extension) 
Hours: 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts)
Floating:  to facilities in Sandy Springs, Kennesaw, and Jonesboro
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Ambulatory / Day Surgery Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Duluth, GA. The RN will assist with procedures and monitor patients’ responses during and after procedures in an outpatient surgical setting. This position requires flexibility to float between procedure suites at three additional facilities located in Sandy Springs, Kennesaw, and Jonesboro.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and procedural teams during ambulatory/day surgery procedures.
• Provide direct patient care in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases.
• Monitor and assess patients’ responses during and after procedures.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per physician orders.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
• Float between procedure suites at designated facilities as needed.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – State of Georgia (GA) (Required)
• Current BLS certification (Required)
• Experience as an RN in Ambulatory / Day Surgery (OR) settings
• Demonstrated ability to assist with procedures and monitor patient responses
