- Facility interviews will be via Teams with camera on.
- Need solid Psych RNs.
- About the Hospital:
- 72 beds
- 3-4 units open at any time
- Combination of adult and adolescent patients, must float as needed
- Freestanding psych facility- no security
- Codes are responded to by staff
- De-escalations and restraints are handled by staff if necessary.
- Requires 3 years of current psych hospital experience.
- CPI Preferred- if not, will do onsite.
- Orientation is 2 classroom days, 2 floor days if CPI certified
- If not CPI certified, orientation is 4 classroom days, 2 floor days
- 1:20 Nurse to patient ratios. Sometimes will have LPN or MT help, but not always.
- Navy Scrubs
- Exemptions Allowed: Yes, COVID and Flu exemptions allowed Medical or Religious
- Unit: Psych
