Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Stepdown
Location: Morristown, NJ 07960
Duration: 3+ months contract (Possibilities of Extension)
Shift: 7 pm – 7 am (3*12) hrs shift. Weekends and holidays as needed.
Payrate: $54/hour on w2
Non-Taxable Per Diem is provided to the qualified candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility.

Shift: 7 pm – 7 am (3*12) hrs shift. Weekends and holidays as needed.

Duties:
- Regularly checking vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration), observing symptoms, and documenting changes to identify needs early.
- Safely giving prescribed medicines, starting IVs, and performing other treatments like wound care.
- Communicating effectively with doctors, therapists, and other staff to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Maintaining accurate, detailed records of patient history, care provided, medications, and progress.
Education and Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
- At least of 1-year Intermediate Care/step-down experience as a Registered Nurse
Certifications & Licenses:
- RN - NJ State license or multistate license.
- ACLS - AHA
- BLS - AHA
