Assignment Type: Contract – 3 Months+ (Potential Extension)

Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Day & Night Shifts Available)
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and adaptable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a high-acuity environment offering exposure to a diverse mix of patients across med/surg, ICU, CVICU, and pediatrics.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to intermediate and critical-care patients.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry and respond to clinical changes.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and manage ventilated patients as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge plans.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in EHR (Epic preferred).
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and hospital protocols.
• Float as needed across Med/Surg, ICU, CVICU, and Pediatric units.

 
Qualifications:

• Current Oklahoma RN license (unrestricted)
• Minimum 1 years of recent acute care experience in PCU, Med/Surg, ICU, or CVICU
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
• PALS certification required for pediatric patients
• Proficient in reading and responding to telemetry/ECG strips
