Position: RN CSICU Coronary Care Unit
Location: New York, NY
Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Every Other Weekend Required)
Schedule: 3 days/week, 11.5 hours/day, 34.5 hours/week
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Unit Census: 26 Beds
Staffing Ratio: 1:2
Pay Rate: $58/hour negotiable (**Per-diem rates are also applicable for qualified candidates)
Role Overview:
The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent, and high-quality patient care based on nursing theory, research, and evidence-based practices. The nurse collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients in the Coronary Care Unit.
Qualifications & Skills:

- Licensure: NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years RN experience, including 2 years in Post Open Heart and Cardiac Care Unit
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Work Environment: 12-hour day shifts, every other weekend required, 1:2 staffing ratio in a 26-bed unit
