Location: Milwaukee, WI
Shift: 12-hour Days, every other weekend, float as needed – 7 AM to 7:30 PM
Duration: 3 Months / 13 weeks (High possibilities of extension or a fulltime based on business needs and individual performance)

Job Description:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care in a medical-surgical unit.
- Monitor patient conditions, interpret lab results, and collaborate with physicians for treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, post-discharge care, and medications.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate safe discharge planning.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in the relevant unit strongly desired.
- EPIC EMR experience required.
Education:
- Associates in Nursing required
- Bachelors in Nursing preferred
Certifications and Licenses:
- BLS (AHA)
- WI RN License or Compact State License
