OPERATING ROOM TECH - SURGICAL TECH
Floor: Operating Room
Position Information:
Specialty: Operating Room
Shift: 7a-7p for days
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 48 preferred, 36 acceptable
Weekend Hours: 36 (unless otherwise noted): 1:4 weekends, 12-hour shifts
Call Requirements: One overnight call, 11p-7a for Trauma call, if on a specialty team, call will be scheduled per specialty team rules (Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Client)
Years of Experience: At least 3 years of experience
Education & Certifications Required:
CST Required
Unit Information:
Number of Beds: 26
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Equipment: Storz, Stryker, Olympus, Intuitive Robot
EMR: Epic
Hiring Profile:
Must Have Skills/Experience: Level 1 trauma experience
Preferred Skillset/Experience: General, GU/GYN, Client trauma, Client joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, Dental, Endovascular
Type of Patients on Unit: Operating Room
Personality Fit: Flexible, accountable, timely, team player
Dress Code:
Scrub Color: Teal scrubs issued from the hospital
