Location: Duluth, GA - 30096
Contract Length: 3+ Months (High Possibility of extension)
Shift: 8:00 AM - 05:00 PM (weekend scheduling included)
Core Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate electronic and telephonic patient communications with efficiency and empathy.
- Perform clinical triage, routing cases to physicians and care teams based on acuity and need.
- Manage inbound calls from the queue, ensuring timely resolution and elevated patient experience.
- Apply advanced nursing assessment and critical-thinking frameworks to evaluate patient concerns.
- Support new member onboarding by delivering structured guidance and care coordination.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Prior outpatient, clinic, virtual care, or triage experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a technology-driven care environment.
- Sharp clinical judgment paired with polished communication skills.
