Pay Range: $60 – $70/hr. on W2
We are also offering travel and per diem packages that are based on eligibility.

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Travel CVICU Registered Nurse to provide critical care for postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery patients requiring intensive monitoring. Candidates must demonstrate strong competencies with high-acuity patients, trauma-level one experience, and proficiency with advanced hemodynamic monitoring. Applicants must have recent Epic EMR experience and complete a required competency test within 24 hours of submission.
 
Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to immediate postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery patients.
• Manage ventilators, arterial lines, spinal drains, and temporary pacemakers.
• Perform advanced hemodynamic monitoring and interpret ECGs.
• Titrate vasoactive and inotropic drips safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team for patient stabilization and recovery.
• Document all patient care using Epic EMR.

• Required

• 2–3 years of staff CVICU experience required.
• Trauma Level One experience required.

• Must be completed within 24 hours of submission.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• NY RN License (Active only; no pending licenses accepted).
