Phlebotomist II
Job Title: Phlebotomist (Patient Services Representative II)
Location: Doylestown, PA
Duration: 2 Months
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM EST + Every Other Weekend
Position Summary
As a Patient Services Representative II, you will represent the face of our organization to patients, ensuring a high standard of service, professionalism, and patient care. You will be responsible for collecting quality blood specimens, preparing samples for laboratory testing, and maintaining accurate documentation—all while creating a welcoming and confident environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities

Perform daily activities under the supervision of the area supervisor, accurately and on time.

Collect both forensic and clinical specimens using safe, accurate venipuncture techniques.

Ensure patient demographics and specimen labels are correctly verified and documented.

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

Provide superior customer service and establish trust with patients.

Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling patient information.

Travel to and cover multiple locations with minimal notice, as needed.
Job Requirements

Phlebotomy Skills: Excellent venipuncture skills, including capillary collections.

Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience.

Flexibility: Availability for weekends, holidays, overtime, and multiple locations.

Professionalism: Superior customer focus and communication, ability to adapt to change, and uphold company policies and dress code.

Transportation: Must have reliable transportation; no public transit access. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required (if applicable).
Education and Certifications

Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:Phlebotomy certification
