Job Title: Phlebotomist (Patient Services Representative II)
Location: Doylestown, PA
Duration: 2 Months
Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM EST + Every Other Weekend

As a Patient Services Representative II, you will represent the face of our organization to patients, ensuring a high standard of service, professionalism, and patient care. You will be responsible for collecting quality blood specimens, preparing samples for laboratory testing, and maintaining accurate documentation—all while creating a welcoming and confident environment for patients.

• Perform daily activities under the supervision of the area supervisor, accurately and on time.

• Collect both forensic and clinical specimens using safe, accurate venipuncture techniques.

• Ensure patient demographics and specimen labels are correctly verified and documented.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

• Provide superior customer service and establish trust with patients.

• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling patient information.

• Travel to and cover multiple locations with minimal notice, as needed.

• Phlebotomy Skills: Excellent venipuncture skills, including capillary collections.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience.

• Flexibility: Availability for weekends, holidays, overtime, and multiple locations.

• Professionalism: Superior customer focus and communication, ability to adapt to change, and uphold company policies and dress code.

• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation; no public transit access. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required (if applicable).

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Preferred:Phlebotomy certification 

• Training location may vary based on trainer availability.
