Registered Nurse - OR
Job Role: RN - Operating Room (OR)
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 11pm - 7am (5*8hr working)
OnCall: 1-2 Days a week, weekend required
About the Role:
We re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse Operating Room to jump into a dynamic OR setting in Santa Ana, CA. You ll deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced surgical environment, working with a multidisciplinary team to support patients across the lifespan from neonates to geriatrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pre-op, intra-op, and post-op assessments and interventions per facility policy
- Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical cases
- Accurately interpret clinical/lab data and escalate changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, IVs, and prescribed treatments
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative team
- Document nursing care clearly, accurately, and on time
- Maintain a safe, sterile, and therapeutic OR environment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety huddles
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (CA unrestricted)
- Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience
- BLS & ACLS (AHA required)
