Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Duration: 3+ Months (Possible Extension)

Shift: Days or Nights, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
Block scheduling available (any 3 consecutive days upon request)
 
General Description:

• Under general supervision, the Registered Nurse provides patient care in a hospital setting, handling a range of cases from simple to complex conditions.

 
Essential Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients.
• Document patient responses to interventions and treatments, including updates to physician orders.
• Assist physicians with examinations, minor procedures, and treatments.
• Monitor and interpret patient physiological data and intervene when necessary.
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and blood products as prescribed.
• Deliver competent and compassionate patient care.
• Communicate care plans with patients and families during hospitalization and discharge.
• Educate patients and families on hospital procedures.

 
Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of one year of RN Emergency room nursing experience.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and techniques.
• Ability to plan, organize, and evaluate patient care effectively.

 
Required Certifications and license :

• BLS & ACLS acquired from AHA.
• RN License Oklahoma single state/Compact (multistate).
