Registered Nurse (RN) - ED
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – ED

Duration: 06/02/2025 – 08/30/2025
Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Schedule: 3 Days Per Week, 36 Hours Per Week
Additional Schedule Notes: Every other weekend required. Holidays as needed. No on-call. Limited RTO.
Department: Emergency Room
Pay Range: $62-$67/hr.
Job Summary:
• Provide emergency care to patients of all ages during critical and high-pressure situations.
• Deliver rapid and accurate assessments for patients with physical and mental health emergencies.
• Prioritize care based on medical urgency.
• Respond to trauma situations with speed and precision.
• Handle high-volume, fast-paced emergency environment with up to 220 ED patients per day and as many as 20 stroke patients per shift.
Education:

Licensure & Certifications:
Required:
• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License or Multi-State Compact License
• BLS – AHA
• ACLS
• Telemetry
• PALS
• NIHSS
• CEU Contact – Stroke (4 Hours)
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience – Required
• Strong experience with Stroke, Sepsis, and STEMI patients – Required
• Experience working in a high-acuity, fast-paced Emergency Department
• Float requirement: Must be able to float within department (ED Adult, Peds, IMC)
