RN Cath Lab
Job Title: Registered Nurse – Cath Lab
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay rate: $90/hr
Shift Details:

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (8-hour day shift)

On-Call Requirement: 1–2 nights per week and at least 1 weekend per month
Role Overview:
The Cath Lab RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and a commitment to delivering safe, effective patient care in a high-acuity environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures, including assessment and IV placement

Monitor patient vitals and administer medications during procedures

Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures

Manage post-procedure care, ensuring patient stability and comfort

Document care accurately and promptly in accordance with facility protocols

Respond to emergencies and operate specialized equipment as needed

Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours procedures
Qualifications & Skills:

Active RN license (Nevada or compact state)
-
Minimum 1–2 years of recent Cath Lab or critical care experience preferred

BLS and ACLS certifications required
