Job Title: RN - Emergency Department
Location: Jackson, MI
Duration: 02 Months+ (There is a possibility of extension in the next year.)
Job Summary:
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care using the full nursing process.
• Delegate and supervise care and teaching of patients and families.
• Document care provided, ensuring compliance with protocols.
• Communicate pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team.
• Participate in resolving variances from patient care goals and implement solutions.
Education:
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN). (Preferred)
Certification & Licensure:
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. (Required)
• BLS. (Required)
• N/A (Preferred)
Required Skills & Experience:
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the assigned unit or department.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
Preferred Skills & Experience:

• End Date: 10/04/2025
• Schedule Notes: Auto Offer Request
• 8 week contract
• REQUIRED: BLS & ACLS certifications from AHA, minimum 1 year ED experience.
• Hours Per Week: 36.00
• Hours Per Day: 12.00
• Days Per Week: 3.00
• Shift: 18:00 – 06:30 every other weekend and holiday required
Location: Jackson, MI
