Travel: RN - Float I - DAYS

Job Title: Travel RN Float I
Location: Santa Fe, NM 87505
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift/Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM 7:30 PM (12.5-hour shifts)

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement patient care appropriate to the age and needs of the patient population across assigned units
Ensure delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality nursing care in accordance with unit and organizational standards
Demonstrate effective clinical practice and professional work habits
Collaborate with physicians, staff, patients, and families with respect and professionalism
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and clinical interventions
Respond effectively to emergency and crisis situations
Adhere to patient rights and ethical standards in care delivery

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact State RN license
BLS certification (AHA required)
ACLS certification (AHA required)
NRP certification required
Strong clinical knowledge appropriate to patient age/type served
Clear and effective communication skills

Preferences:
Experience floating across multiple patient care units
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
Flexibility with scheduling and unit assignments
