Shift: Clinic hours are M-F 08:30-19:30 (lunch 13:30-14:30), Sat 09:00-17:30 and Sun 09:00-16:30 (lunch 13:30-14:00)

Position Summary:

• The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) will work in collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team to provide evidence-based, holistic care in a retail clinic setting.
• The FNP will independently manage a panel of patients aged 18 months and older, delivering comprehensive services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health counseling.
• This role is integral to driving improved patient outcomes and reports directly to the Senior Practice Manager.

• Patient-Centered Quality & Safety
• Educate patients on health maintenance and wellness strategies.
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and co-manage medical conditions to ensure high-quality care.
• Accurately document all patient interactions using an electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Assist in the development of Patient-Centered Practice Teams.
• Provide timely responses to patient inquiries.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current National Board Certification and State Licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
