Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice / Triage (Days)
Location: Walla Walla, WA
Contract Duration: 12 Weeks
Start Date: June 30, 2025
Pay Rate: $52/hr
Shift: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (35 40 hrs/week guaranteed)
Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced RN for a hospice triage role with a primary focus on managing new patient referrals, triaging calls from current patients, medication reordering, scheduling, and occasional in-home visits to support care needs. This is an office-based position, with limited fieldwork as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule incoming hospice referrals

Triage patient calls and assess clinical needs

Reorder medications and coordinate with pharmacies

Conduct occasional patient visits within a 60-mile service area

Use WellSky Consolo (no OASIS, only HIS) for documentation

Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams
Required Qualifications:
- RN License in WA (OR license preferred or required upon acceptance)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Hospice & Intake Triage
- BLS Certification (AHA) Required
- Epic experience
