Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager
Location Available: Morristown, NJ
Duration: 3 Months+ Contract (Possibility of extension)
Shift: 8 AM – 4 PM with weekend requirement
 
Pay Rate: $65/HOUR-$70/HOUR-W2

Note: STIPEND IS ALSO PROVIDED TO THE CANDIDATE LIVING MORE THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY.
 
Duties:

• Coordinates patients through the acute care hospitalization.
• Manages all aspects of discharge planning/transition process.
• Performs utilization management and quality screenings In- Patient Case Management.

 
Requirements:

• 2 years of acute care experience strongly preferred.
• Case Management, Managed Care. In Patient Case Management is required.
• BSN required.
