Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Chronic
Location Available: Manchester, NH 03104
Duration: 3 Months+ Contract (Possibility of extension)
Shift: 5:00 am - 9:00 pm. Days

Requirements:
- Active RN License
- BLS/ACLS-AHA.
- Minimum 2 years of experience required.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Review vitals, weight trends, and interdialytic gains
- Assess dry weight accuracy
- Inspect access sites (fistula/graft/catheter) for infection or dysfunction
- Review monthly labs (K+, Ca, Phos, Hgb, albumin, etc.)
- Identify symptoms of chronic conditions (HF, anemia, fluid overload)
- Cannulate AVF/AVG using proper techniques (rope-ladder, buttonhole if applicable)
- Manage catheter care using aseptic technique
- Verify machine safety checks and dialyzer parameters
- Set UF goals based on patient tolerance and nephrologist orders
