Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU
Locations: Los Angeles County, CA 90034
Duration: 3 Months+ (Possible Extension)
Shift: Day / Nights, 12-hour shifts
Pay Range: $2500- $3300/week. on W2
Note: Stipend is also provided to the candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility, we have other multiple locations available in CA

Job Duties:
- Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor, interpret, and document vital signs, hemodynamic status, and advanced cardiac rhythms.
- Administer medications, IV drips, blood products, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Operate and troubleshoot critical care equipment (ventilators, infusion pumps, arterial lines, Swan-Ganz catheters, etc.).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists) to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations, including codes, trauma activations, and rapid response calls.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, post-ICU care, and ongoing recovery needs.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR systems while adhering to HIPAA and hospital compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Active California RN license (unrestricted).
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience (hospital or clinical setting preferred).
- BLS certification (current).
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
