Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) - Critical Need

1+ year of experience in Women’s Health / OB-GYN clinic within 2-3 years

looking for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support Women’s Health services in an outpatient OB/GYN setting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ambulatory care, women’s health procedures, and strong patient care skills.

• Assist providers in OB/GYN clinic operations and daily patient flow
• Support annual gynecological exams, including Pap smears
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
• Assist with in-office procedures such as:
  • Colposcopies
  • LEEP (Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure)
  • Endometrial biopsies
• Provide patient education on procedures, medications, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
• Ensure proper sterilization and preparation of instruments
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and clinical staff to deliver quality patient care

• Active LVN/LPN license (State of Georgia or compact)
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience
• Experience in ambulatory or outpatient clinic setting
• 1+ year of experience with OB/GYN workflows and procedures within 2-3 years
• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Background in:
  • Labor & Delivery (L&D)
  • Mother/Baby unit
  • Gynecology clinic
• Experience assisting with minor procedures
