Job Summary:
The Exam Clinic RN provides direct support to providers in the coordination of patient care, symptom management, and patient education. This role focuses on chemotherapy and immunotherapy education and requires travel between two hospital facilities.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Support providers with patient care coordination.
• Manage in-basket communications and follow-ups.
• Provide symptom management guidance and support.
• Educate patients on chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments.
• Provide general patient education as needed.
• Travel between two hospitals (22 miles apart), spending 2 days at each facility per week.

• Current RN license.
• Experience in oncology or infusion nursing preferred.
• Strong patient education and care coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable traveling between facilities regularly.

• Fast-paced clinical environment.
• Split schedule between two hospital locations.
• Direct patient care and provider collaboration.

• 4 days per week: 2 days at each hospital facility.
