Job Title: RN – Resource Pool Float – Critical Care
Location: Milwaukee, WI 53226
Duration: 13 weeks/3 Months (Possible extension)
Shift: 3x12-hour night shifts, every other weekend
Schedule: 36 hours/week
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse will be a key member of the Critical Care Resource Pool team. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for adult patients across various ICU units, including MICU, Transplant ICU, Neuro ICU, SICU, and CVICU. The RN demonstrates clinical competency and professionalism in a fast-paced inpatient hospital environment.
Qualifications:
Location: Milwaukee, WI 53226

Qualifications:
- At least 12 months of recent inpatient hospital RN experience preferred.
- Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN)
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active Wisconsin RN License or Multi-State License under the NLC
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS)
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
