Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU
Locations: San Leandro, South San Francisco, Richmond, Oakland, Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 3 + Months (Possible Extension)
Shift: 07.00 PM – 07.30 AM or 07.00 AM – 07.30 PM
Pay Rate: $80 - $90 per hour. on W2
Traveler : $3200 weekly gross

The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced clinical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to respond effectively in high-acuity situations while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct and compassionate patient care in a critical care setting. Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, including vital signs, lab values, and response to treatments.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-saving interventions as prescribed.
- Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide education, support, and communication to patients and their families.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in an ICU setting.
- Active RN License (in the state of California or compact license, as applicable).
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- PALS
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
