Job Duration: 3 + Months+ (Possibilities of Extension)

Shift: 12x3 shifts, 7:30 pm – 8 am and Day shifts also available
 
Weekly Gross: $3144 /week
Pay Breakup:

• W2: $44 /hr. on W2
• Stipend: $1296 /week (Non-Taxed)

 
Job Description:
RN ICU Required with 1-3 years of experience and must have CA License in Hand.
Role Type: Care Critical
Unit Type: Adult Services | RN
 
License and Certifications:

• Active RN license in the state of California
• BLS – AHA
• ACLS – AHA
• PALS - AHA
• NIHSS – National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale- PREFERRED

 
Basic Responsibilities:
As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients. Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring patients’ vital signs and responding to changes in condition.
• Administering medications and managing life-support equipment.
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Ensuring accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Maintaining a sterile and safe environment in compliance with hospital policies.
• Participating in emergency response situations and rapid assessments.
• Performing diagnostic tests and interpreting results to guide treatment.
• Managing multiple patients with complex medical conditions.
• Attending unit meetings and continuing education sessions to stay updated on best practices.
