Job Location: Moreno Valley, CA 92555
Job Duration: 3 Months (possibility of extension)
Schedule: 36 Hours/Week | 12-Hour Shifts (Day & Night Available)
Payrate: $65.00/ hr. on W2

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a high-impact ER Travel RN who thrives in fast-paced, high-acuity environments.
• This role demands clinical excellence, rapid decision-making, and the ability to deliver patient-centered care across the full age spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments (physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual) upon admission and throughout care.
• Develop, implement, and continuously update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications safely using the 7 rights and monitor patient response.
• Perform clinical procedures in alignment with hospital protocols and infection control standards.
• Interpret diagnostic results and escalate changes in patient condition promptly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in care planning.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Utilize SBAR for effective communication and handoffs.
• Adhere to patient safety goals, infection control, and hospital policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations (Code Blue, Rapid Response, etc.).
• Manage patients across all age groups, including pediatrics.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN License (CA or Compact preferred).
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, CPI, TNCC or ATCN.
• Minimum 3 years of ER/Trauma experience.
• At least 1 year of recent Travel RN experience.
• Experience in a 40+ bed facility.
• Pediatric exposure required.
• Must reside 50+ miles from facility (Travel Requirement).
