Job Title: Registered Nurse – Coronary Care Unit (RN - CCU)
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 8+ Weeks with possible extension
Pay Range: $65– $70/hr
We are also offering travel and per diem packages that is based on eligibility.




Schedule Notes:

  • Work Hours: 36 hours per week

  • Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Night Shift)




Job Summary:

Seeking a highly experienced Travel RN for the Coronary Care Unit (CCU) to provide specialized care for cardiac patients in a critical care environment. Candidates must have Epic EMR experience and be proficient in managing complex cardiac conditions including post-MI care, cardiac monitoring, arrhythmia management, and emergency interventions.



Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with coronary and cardiovascular conditions

  • Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to arrhythmias and other cardiac emergencies

  • Administer cardiac medications, including anti-arrhythmics and pressors

  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals for treatment planning

  • Accurately document all assessments and interventions in Epic EMR

  • Follow infection control and patient safety protocols




Skills & Requirements:

  • Epic EMR Experience: Required

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience in cardiac/critical care settings (Required)

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • License: NY RN License (Active only; pending licenses not accepted) and BLS , ACLS

  • Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs (Required)
