Customer Care Representative I
Job Title: Customer Care Representative I
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Central Time)
Location: Lenexa, KS
Duration: 1 month, temp to hire position
Summary
We are seeking a Customer Care Representative I who is passionate about providing an exceptional and consistent customer experience. This role involves handling routine health-related inquiries across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and AI-assisted platforms.
Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and empathetic customer support to patients and clients through voice, email, chat, and other digital channels.

Make routine outbound health-related calls following established scripts and procedures.

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer/patient health and personal information.

Address inquiries related to test results, services, or concerns efficiently and accurately.

Support various client groups as needed based on business requirements.

Ensure exceptional service by adhering to productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or support roles.

Strong commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and high-quality service delivery..
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare or laboratory environments.

Proven success in meeting customer service performance metrics.

Comfortable working with AI-assisted tools and automated systems.
Skills & Competencies

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Familiarity with customer engagement platforms (phone, chat, email, AI tools).

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to sit for extended periods.

Capable of walking up and down stairs.

Must have adequate vision and typing speed for digital communication.
