Job Duration: 5-6 Months (possibility of extension)
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Payrate: $22.50/ hr. on w2

Job Summary:

• The Distribution Specialist I will work in a newly built, state-of-the-art CAR-T manufacturing facility and will have the opportunity to learn and support Materials Management operations within a GMP/FDA-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day warehouse tasks and ensure completion of assigned activities
• Receive incoming shipments of both GMP and non-GMP materials and equipment in accordance with established procedures
• Dispense GMP materials to support production operations
• Prepare and deliver raw materials to various departments, ensuring proper procedures and temperature requirements are followed
• Maintain accurate inventory records for GMP warehouse materials
• Support inventory cycle counts and perform accurate ERP transactions
• Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies to the warehouse operations team and escalate issues as appropriate
• Cross-train in additional areas of warehouse operations
• Prepare general shipments and equipment per established policies and procedures (excluding patient material)
• Ensure all required training is current and up to date
• Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean, inspection-ready warehouse environment
• Complete in-house forklift certification
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Duties may be delegated to designated deputies with appropriate qualifications as required

Education:

• High School Diploma.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.

Industry Knowledge:

• Familiarity with a GMP-regulated environment.
