Job Title: Registered Nurse – Step Down (SDU)
Location: Baldwin Park, CA 91706
Duration: 3 + Months (Possible Extension)
Schedule: Nights | 12-hour shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay Packages: Local $65/hr. (W2) | Travel $2950 - $3000 weekly blended
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Step-Down Registered Nurse (SDU) to provide high-quality care for patients requiring close monitoring and advanced clinical support. The RN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct nursing care to patients requiring step-down level of monitoring.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform assessments.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding conditions and treatment plans.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all assessments, treatments, and interventions.
- Maintain compliance with facility protocols, policies, and patient safety standards.
Requirements:
- Active California RN License – Required
- BLS & ACLS Certification (AHA) – Required
- Minimum 1 years of recent SDU/Step Down experience – Required
