Registered Nurse - Medical Stepdown

Title: RN- Medical Stepdown
Location: Morristown, NJ
Duration: 13 weeks contract (Possibilities of Extension)
Shift: 7pm - 7am (12*4)hrs shift, Every 3rd weekend 1 summer holiday Floating as needed.
Pay Range: $47/Hr TO $52/Hr ON W2

**Stipend is also provided to the qualified candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility**

Duties:

• Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
• Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
• Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job.

Certifications & Licenses:

• RN License
• ACLS – AHA
• BLS – AHA

Education and Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree – Preferred
• At least of 1-year Intermediate Care/step-down experience.
