- Role: RN - Emergency Room (Local/Travel)
- Location: Salinas, CA
- Shift: 9am - 9pm (Day)
- Contract: 13 weeks
- Pay: $70/hr - $85/hr -W2
- Provide swift, accurate, and compassionate care to patients experiencing acute illnesses or trauma.
- Triage incoming patients and prioritize treatment based on severity.
- Collaborate with ER physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and operate emergency medical equipment.
- Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses in real time (because if it's not charted, it didn't happen).
- Maintain ER best practices and ensure compliance with hospital policies, HIPAA, and regulatory standards.
- Be ready to pivot—code blues, rapid responses, and crisis situations come with the territory.
- Active RN License – California (CA) – must be current and in good standing
- Minimum 1 years of recent ER experience – acute care setting preferred
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (preferred or required per facility policy)
- NIHSS Certification
- No RTO preferred during 9/15- 11/26, all requests will be reviewed
- Epic Experience Required: Minimum of 6–12 months within the past year
