Location: Harrisburg, NC 28075
Duration: 12 Months+ (Possibility of Extension)

Pay Rate: $37.14 /hr, on W2

 
Job Overview:
The IP Operations Assistant supports the IP Operations team by assisting with trademark data review, verification, and related administrative tasks. This role interacts with in-house and outside counsel as well as business teams and requires an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret trademark correspondence to identify and resolve data entry errors or inquiries from outside counsel.
  • Manage trademark assignments and chain of title changes, including communications with outside counsel.
  • Verify details of Powers of Attorney (POA), assignments, and related documents; prepare them for attorney signature, notarization, and legalization.
  • Support departmental projects, including organizing POAs, running reports, and verifying data.
  • Assist with overflow projects and provide backup coverage during team member absences.
 
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of trademark experience, particularly with assignments and chain of title changes.
  • Preferred: New Jersey Notary certification (not required).
  • Strong organizational, teamwork, and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience handling high-volume, complex data; ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables), Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proficient in trademark IPMS databases, preferably Memotech.
  • Understanding of trademark law sufficient to perform duties with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction at all management levels.
  • Comfortable using information technology and document management tools.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently and provide clear updates to the IP Operations Manager.
 
Schedule & Hours:
  • Full-time contingent role, 32–40 hours per week
  • Every other weekend required
  • May float to other nearby locations
  • Shifts typically 7–10 hours during clinic operating hours
  • Some major holiday coverage required
  • Work schedules created in 6-week blocks following 3 weeks of training/orientation
 
Position Overview:
As part of a leading retail healthcare provider and ANCC Pathway to Excellence-recognized organization, the LPN/LVN provides patient-focused care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This role is critical in delivering high-quality care, including vaccinations, vital signs assessment, and patient intake, while assisting with clinic operations and enhancing the patient experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer vaccinations and injections (e.g., influenza, COVID, TB tests)
  • Obtain vital signs and provide basic emergency care in collaboration with on-site providers
  • Perform patient registration, intake, and checkout
  • Assist with clinic and waiting room management, outreach calls, appointment scheduling, and chaperoning sensitive exams
  • Maintain a clean and prepared clinic environment to ensure optimal patient experience
  • Provide patient/parent vaccine counseling and education based on evidence-based practices
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Full, active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in any U.S. state, territory, or district
  • Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program
  • Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience
  • Experience administering immunizations and injections with patient education
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification including CPR and AED proficiency
  • Experience documenting care in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR), preferably EPIC
  • Ability to take vital signs accurately
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings
  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR system navigation
  • Strong multi-tasking and patient communication skills
 
Additional Notes:
  • Nurses primarily experienced in long-term care settings (nursing homes, home health, LTACs, skilled nursing) may face challenges adapting to this environment and are not recommended for submission.
