Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU
Location: Bricktown, NJ, 08724
Duration: 3 Months+

Shift: Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

Schedule: 3 days/week, 36 hours/week
Every other weekend required. Holiday requirement: 1 summer/winter eve and 1 summer/winter holiday. No on-call required.

Pay Range: $61 - $65/hr. on W2
 
Job Summary:

• Under general supervision, demonstrates the ability to handle nursing problems and an expanded group of nursing practices.
• Performs nursing interventions across a variety of clinical situations.
• Identifies patient problems prior to explicit changes in clinical indicators such as vital signs.

 
Education:

• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) – Required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred

 
Licensure & Certifications:

• BLS (American Heart Association) – Required

 
Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in the ICU – Required
• ICU bedside experience within the past 6 months – Required
• Willingness to work flexible hours – Required
• Clinical knowledge and analytical ability to formulate care plans – Required
• Ability to perform a wide range of nursing services – Required
• Effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare personnel – Required.
