Location: San Jose/ Santa Clara- CA
Duration: 3+ Months (Possibility of extension)
Shift: Days/Nights; 12X3- 36Hours/week guaranteed
Pay Range : $3000 - $3250/Week (Local and Traveler both are accepted; Weekly per diem available for travelers)
Job License/Certification(s) Required:
California license as an RN, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certification.

Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring patients' vitals and reporting adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.
- Maintaining and updating patient files, medical charts, and health records.
- Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes.
- Provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
- Educating patients on lifestyle changes and ongoing treatments prior to discharge from the hospital.
- Tracking routine heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse oximetry measurements.
- Monitoring, interpreting, and recording data from specialized medical technologies and equipment.
- Administering medication and performing treatment interventions in consultation with healthcare specialists.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of recent Telemetry experience as an RN.
- Current CA state licensure as Registered Nurse
- Active BLS and ACLS Required
- Active NIHSS required
